Responsibilities
As our Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in driving the success of our team and our members. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engage with prospective members to understand their fitness goals and recommend the best membership plans.

  • Assist members with their questions about the gym’s services, promotions, and policies.

  • Use our membership system to process sign-ups and manage customer information efficiently.

  • Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment to enhance the overall gym experience for all members.

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing member inquiries and resolving concerns quickly.

  • Contribute to achieving individual and club sales targets by promoting our services and programs.

  • Work closely with the Get Fit 24/7 team to maintain a fun, team-oriented environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
